The consultancy operates nationwide with offices across the UK. The Manchester office is home to 20 Building Surveyors at various levels of seniority. Their work spans multiple sectors, primarily in the private domain, including retail, office, and industrial projects. They handle a range of projects, such as large office schemes worth 35m to fitouts in the 250k-500k range.
This role involves a mix of TDD, dilapidations, various surveys, and some contract administration. The position has a professional services focus, with approximately 75% of the work dedicated to professional services and 25% to project work.
