We are working with a fantastic team in Manchester who are actively looking to attract an Associate level Building Surveyor to the team.
The role will very much focus on the day-to-day surveying whilst also offering ideas, suggestions and a level of input and mentoring to less experienced surveyors in the firm.
The company would best be described friendly, warm, welcoming, and an adaptable business that looks to ensure that each member of the team is supported and looked after. One that is focused more on the long-term gains to that of the quick wins. With an extremely low staff turnover in comparison to many of their competitors, they have built a reputation of working on some amazing award-winning projects across a mix of different asset classes.

Salary level in the region of 65,000 as a base, car allowance of 5,000, plus various other perks and benefits, such as a generous twice-yearly bonus.
