A client of mine, a Fire Engineering consultancy who are not only a specialist within their space, but also at the forefront of Fire Safety across the industry, are keen to speak with a talented Associate Director Fire Engineer, with a look to join their Manchester office.

Offering the successful Fire Engineer not only the opportunity to work alongside a sizeable team of over 50, a third of which are Chartered Fire Engineers, but also a clear pathway up to Directorship position.

The Associate Director Fire Engineer's Role

Their specialist team is split between design and surveying, delivering fire safety solutions across both the public and private sectors. From healthcare and education to residential, stadia, and industrial projects, as the successful Fire Engineer, you won't be short of exciting projects to work on.

You will work closely with clients, design teams, and enforcing authorities while collaborating internally with Directors, Managers, and technical colleagues.

The Successful Associate Fire Engineer Will Have

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Fire Safety Engineering or related Engineering field
  • Member of the IFE - Ideally chartered or working towards chartership

Knowledge and attributes:

  • Be an expert in the industry outside of the company
  • Comfortable with making strategic decisions
  • Have clear vision aligned with the business
