As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will be:
- Managing a range of local and regional projects to deliver of fire risk remediation works and associated building safety works.
- Delivering fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys
- Ensure the Anchor understands the risks inherent in its buildings around fire.
- Delivery on remedial works and reports to ensure compliance legislation met
Experience / qualifications as the Building Safety Surveyor:
- Evidence of professional & technical expertise in Fire Safety reports
- Detailed knowledge of current relevant health and safety legislation/regulatory framework/codes of practice
- FDIS, NEBOSH fire and relevant building qualification
