Responsibilities:

路Delivering projects, commissions, and professional services.
路Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of the projects.
路Assist with the undertaking building surveys,聽attending meetings, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates and planning maintenance programs.
路Support the Building Surveying team on complex multi-disciplinary schemes
路Assisting the Building Surveyors with providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of property

Requirements:
聽
路Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum)
路A full driving licence
路Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS and other software)

You will need to demonstrate the desire and drive to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with our support and guidance
