Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Building Surveyor for a Housing Association client in Manchester.
The role involves addressing damp and mould issues, conducting inspections, and preparing specification briefs.
Candidates must have extensive technical knowledge in servicing, maintenance, and repair work, with an NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation related to repairs and maintenance, as well as damp and mould identification and remediation, is required.
The salary for this position is competitive, and relevant experience in the field is essential.

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.

What the job will be doing

Damp & mould
HHSRS experience
Prepare specification briefs
Provide comprehensive inspection and surveying service to company’s housing stock and related assets

What you will need

Extensive technical knowledge of servicing, maintenance and repair work
Appropriately qualified to NVQ level 3, or equivalent, relating to your service discipline.
in-depth knowledge of H&S legislation in regards to the repairs and maintenance service
In depth knowledge of damp and mould related matters and resolutions with relevant qualification in Damp and mould identification and remediation
