The Manchester team currently consists of eight Building Surveyors at varying levels, with a bias toward senior staff. This creates an excellent opportunity for less experienced surveyors to receive substantial support and guidance throughout their APC training from experienced colleagues.

Projects span a wide range, including dilapidations, TDD, schedules of conditions, refurbishments, and extensions, with an equal split between project and professional work.
