Your new companyThis is a boutique real estate firm based in the City Centre of Manchester. They specialise in commercial office space projects. They are an award winning company that acquire and dispose more office space than anyone else in Manchester. They are a top firm for Cat A and Cat B office fit outs and do deliver projects with a great letting success.Your new roleIn this role you will be involved in both technical building surveying and project surveying. You will working with a an amazing team in a state of art office that is getting refurbished soon.You will be able to work autonomously with previous experience working across commercial office space. This role is ideal for someone who is a 'go getter', ambitious individual.What you'll need to succeedYou will be degree qualified in building surveying or equivalent. Ideally chartered or with great deal of experience. In this role you will need to show enthusiasm, ambition and drive to succeed.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be working with a great team of surveyors across Manchester city centre for a firm that has a work hard, play hard mentality. Alongside your salary you will be offered a discretionary bonus and company benefits.
