Randstad is partnering with a major Building Surveying Consultancy in Manchester who have a national presence and cover projects across multiple sectors in the public and private sectors, with a strong brand and reputation with its clients.
We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor who is working in a project and consultancy environment to join an established and successful team in Manchester.
The role will involve working in a project environment and working on projects that include: Defect analysis, dilapidations, schedules of condition, Expert witness work and party wall matters.
The range of projects will vary, along with a variety of clients across the North West and parts of the North.
You will be am already successful building surveyor with a degree in building surveying and be part way towards your APC or be already MRICS. If you have not completed your APC, support and guidance will be on hand to make sure you successfully qualify.
