The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting buildings, highlighting areas of disrepair, and providing solutions, ensuring our infrastructure remains in top-notch condition.

Description
- Inspecting and assessing the condition of buildings.
- Damp & Mould surveys
- Identifying building defects and areas of disrepair.
- Providing recommendations for repair and improvement works.
- Ensuring all construction projects adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Preparing reports on building condition and maintenance requirements.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring quality of work.
- Contributing to the development of building maintenance policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets for building works.
Profile
A successful Building Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, processes, and health and safety regulations.
- Experience in inspecting, assessing, and reporting on the condition of buildings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
