Building Surveyor

Your new companyA national building consultancy specialist in traditional building surveying, delivering schedules of condition, dilapidation, fire risk assessments etc. They are a great team that will support each other in further training, progression and development. Located in a nice, bright office in Manchester City Centre, they are easily commutable via all the public transport links. Your new roleAs a building surveyor, you will be working alongside a team of senior building surveyors that will share their knowledge, guide you and support you through further training and APC. You will be working on a variety of projects across high-rise residential, commercial, retail, industrial, heritage sectors, giving you the ultimate experience to pass you APC swiftly. What you'll need to succeedA bright, graduate building surveyor with at least 12 months UK experience looking for further support with APC and training. This is a building surveying position, therefore a driving licence is essential and you must be eligible to work in the UK. What you'll get in returnOn top of a salary up to £30,000 (DoE) you will receive all the training and support to succeed in your career. You will have a structured approach to APC and a friendly, supportive environment to work in.
