We are on the lookout for a Building Surveyor / Maintenance operative to join our valued client in Failsworth.
Our client is an estate agent in Failsworth who works with properties based around Greater Manchester.
This role entails travelling to different properties to carry out inspections, making note of what work needs to be done and then creating a job list to send out to contractors to complete the work and ensure that the work is completed to specification, occasionally completing small handyman, maintenance jobs when required.
This job is highly suited to someone from a handyman / maintenance background who is looking to move away from the tools into a more office based role and is technologically proficient, a driving license and transport is essential for this role.
