A specialist property and construction consultancy are looking for an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Manchester team.
The Chartered Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of commercial property.
The Chartered Building Surveyor will also have the chance to develop professional services skills such as condition reports, acquisition surveys, party wall advice, defect analysis and measured surveys.
This role will suit a dynamic Chartered Building Surveyor who's looking for a long-term career opportunity with structured support and development in place.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will ideally be a proactive and driven individual, eager to further develop their career.
- MRICS qualification is essential
- 5+ years' consultancy experience ideally
- Commercial property experience
