Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Disrepair Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.

What the job will be doing

Dealing with disrepairs claims and project managing specialist work
Carry out intrusive surveys and specialist testing to ensure accurate diagnosis
Preparation of specialist reports, Scott schedules and joint expert witness surveys

What you will need

Recognised building qualification
Social housing experience
Understanding of disrepair protocol and resolving claims
