About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to undertake asset capture surveys on a healthcare site in Manchester. This is a short-term contract offering flexibility and the chance to work with cutting-edge asset capture software, Mobiess, to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed asset capture surveys on the healthcare site.
- Use Mobiess software to document and manage asset data.
- Assess and record the condition and lifecycle requirements of site assets.
- Work collaboratively with the client to ensure the accuracy of captured data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building surveying, ideally in asset management or healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with asset capture processes and condition assessments.
- Proficiency with Mobiess or similar asset capture software (training can be provided for those with comparable experience).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Availability to complete the project within the specified timeline.
Contract Details:
- This role falls Inside IR35. (Rates to include umbrella uplift)
- The project duration is approximately 6-7 weeks.
