  • Professional Growth:Support the Director in Asset Management initiatives and professional instructions, including lease renewals and rent reviews.
  • Hands-On Learning:Participate in the delivery of planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance, and help source cost-effective contractors and suppliers.
  • Compliance Management:Oversee Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Management, and ensure total compliance with statutory legislation.
  • Client Interaction:Conduct regular property inspections, meet with contractors, suppliers, tenants, and clients, and manage leases and licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management:Ensure client-owned properties are managed to the highest standards, in line with budgets, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Tenant Engagement:Maintain tenant engagement and enhance relationships to support wider asset management strategies.
  • FM Services:Assist in the delivery of all FM services (hard and soft), ensuring they are delivered as agreed and assist in financial administration.
  • Contractor Management:Determine the best contractors and suppliers for specific works, including sourcing new cost-effective options.
  • Health & Safety:Manage annual Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Management, and oversee accompanying actions.
  • Inspections:Complete regular property inspections, meeting contractors, suppliers, tenants, and clients.
  • Administration:Handle the administration of leases, licenses, and other documentation.
  • IT Proficiency:Use Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), Outlook, and other IT tools to produce written communications with clients and tenants.
