Key Responsibilities of the NDEA position:

  • Carry out energy assessments for non-domestic properties, including offices, industrial buildings, and retail spaces.
  • Generate detailed Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and provide recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades.
  • Evaluate heating, lighting, ventilation systems, and building fabric to produce accurate energy ratings.
  • Offer expert advice on energy-saving strategies and help clients meet regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this NDEA role, you should:

  • Hold a valid Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) certification.
  • Have hands-on experience in energy assessment and the non-domestic property sector.
  • Be well-versed in the latest energy efficiency regulations and standards.
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
