Building Control opportunity within an RBCA based in Manchester
Introduction
- We are currently working with an RBCA who are looking to recruit a Principal / Senior / Building Control Surveyor to join the group and support on sites in the Manchester area, and the projects will be tailored to suit the Surveyors home location.
You will need:
- Ability to manage a variety of projects, both residential and commercial.
- Knowledge and experience of working on residential and commercial projects.
- The ability to provide a client-led service.
- A proactive attitude when dealing with current clients.
- In the Process of getting registered at a class 2 / class 3.
- Full UK driving license.
Working conditions / environment:
- Flexible working with the option to work from home full time.
Salary / Package:
- The Salary will range from 55,000 - 75,000 + 3,000 - 4,000 Car Allowance + 45p per mile + Private Health Care + Pension scheme + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
