We are working with a leading built environment consultancy, renowned for delivering comprehensive retrofit services for large-scale social housing regeneration projects. Our client is involved in ambitious projects, enhancing energy efficiency across 500+ properties, incorporating fabric measures, building appliances, and renewable energy solutions.

Key Skills

* Project Management, Compliance with PAS 2035, Stakeholder communication, Assessment and Planning, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Data and Reporting and Training and Guidance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead retrofit projects from start to finish, collaborating with in-house and external teams including retrofit assessors, designers, and contractors.
  • Ensure projects are safe, high-quality, and optimized for performance, maintaining PAS2035 compliance throughout.
  • Conduct energy modelling and develop Improvement Option Evaluations and Medium Term Plans.
  • Ensure compliance with PAS2035, PAS2030, and DESNZ funding requirements, and lodge projects with Trustmark.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, offering advice on energy efficiency measures to reduce carbon emissions, improve performance, and lower fuel bills.
  • Oversee project documentation to meet compliance standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management qualification (required).
  • Experience in retrofit coordination within SHDF schemes.
  • Preferably Level 3 EEM in Older & Traditional Buildings and/or Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualifications.
  • Background in consultancy or retrofit projects.
  • Proficiency in energy efficiency modelling software (e.g., Elmhurst Design SAP 2012).
  • Familiarity with PAS2035 processes, Improvement Option Evaluations, Medium Term Plans, and Trustmark lodging.
