Your new companyA national firm of chartered surveyors offering building surveying, cost consultancy and project management services across the UK. They are currently growing their Manchester team and are in a position to appoint a senior/ AD building surveyor who would support further team growth.Your new roleWorking alongside a team of 6, you will build close working relationships with your team, clients and bring new business as well. You will provide technical building surveying advice, this will include the technical side, due-diligence, party walls, building pathology as well as project management. You will work on a varied portfolio of projects including commercial, historical, retail, residential, industrial, hotel and leisure.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a degree qualified in building surveying or equivalent with MRICS status or on the way to become chartered with post-graduate experience.
