A specialist Chartered Building Surveying Consultancy are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a sociable and close-knit team, responsible for establishing a new office and growing a diverse client base (both existing and new).
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a variety of residential focused projects, providing key services including building surveys, party wall, reinstatement cost assessments, and building pathology.
This role offers the Senior Building Surveyor long-term career development, with clear progression to both Associate & Director levels.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a business development driven individual with the ambition to be part of an exciting period of growth.
- MRICS / AssocRICS is preferred but not essential
- An enthusiastic and client-facing individual
- Proven experience delivering projects independently and successfully
