Senior Building Surveyor, Manchester
£Negotiable Base Salary + Car Allowance, Pension, Health, Bonus(s)
We are working with a fantastic team in Manchester who are actively looking to attract a Senior level Building Surveyor to the team.
The role will very much focus on the day-to-day surveying whilst also offering ideas, suggestions and a level of input and mentoring to less experienced surveyors in the firm.

One that is focused more on the long-term gains to that of the quick wins. With an extremely low staff turnover in comparison to many of their competitors, they have built a reputation of working on some amazing award-winning projects across a mix of different asset classes.
We are looking for individuals who can stand on their own in dealing with complex and varied tasks with experience in building pathology and project delivery. Ideally you will have some experience in fire safety although this can be provided via training.
If you are perhaps sitting in one of those firms where you are governed by your fee target, working all the hours, and traveling the width and breadth of the country, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
This really is a great role for a Chartered Surveyor who is perhaps frustrated in their current firm and looking to be part of a nimble and less target driven environment.
