We are looking for two dedicated Stock Condition Surveyors to join a fantastic housing association in South Manchester. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the Construction department, conducting thorough inspections and assessments of our properties.

  • Conducting thorough and detailed stock condition surveys
  • Creating accurate and concise survey reports
  • Identifying and reporting on any defects or maintenance issues
  • Collaborating with the wider Construction team to schedule necessary repairs
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and standards
  • Ensuring all work is conducted in line with health and safety guidelines
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic planning
  • Continually striving for excellence in all areas of property surveying

Profile

A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in building surveying or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

  • Experience of Stock Condition Surveys
