  • Conduct property surveys to assess condition, compliance, and maintenance needs.

  • Identify defects, damp, mould, fire safety risks, and HHSRS hazards.

  • Update asset databases and provide reports for maintenance planning.

  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety, and asbestos rules.

  • Advise on budgets for repairs and long-term asset management.

  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and local authorities to coordinate works.
