Our client is looking for an experienced Groundworker for a full time position in Manchester on a permanent basis working in social housing maintenance. Experience in social housing is desired but not essential. You will be provided with your own company van.
Salary: 31,287 per annum

- Travelling from property to property undertaking repairs
- Paving and flagging
- Drainage
- Fencing
- Be happy customer facing
- Hard landscaping and brickwork
- Groundworkers must be experienced
- Be willing to travel to different properties to undertake repairs
Requirements for a Groundworker

- You will need a Full UK driving license
- NVQ (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven experience in the reactive repairs and maintenance sector
- Be able to provide at least two working references
