About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Client Services Account Director to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships and driving success across various digital marketing services, including Digital PR, Social Media Advertising, Organic SEO & Content, and PPC.

As a Digital Client Services Account Director, you will independently manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients, ensuring high standards of delivery and satisfaction while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for up to 10 clients, building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships.
    • Lead regular client meetings, updates, and reporting sessions, showcasing the value delivered across all digital marketing services.
    • Ensure client objectives are clearly understood, translating them into actionable plans for internal teams.
    • Proactively address client concerns and provide strategic solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Service Delivery Oversight

    • Oversee the execution of Digital PR, Social Media Advertising, Organic SEO & Content, and PPC campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals align with the execution strategy.
    • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
  3. Strategic Growth & Value Creation

    • Identify and present opportunities to expand service offerings with existing clients.
    • Develop and execute tailored growth strategies that align with client business objectives.
    • Drive innovation and creative thinking to help clients stay ahead of digital trends.
  4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
