Responsibilities
- Processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers,via email, phone and online portals etc.
- Responding and communicating with customers regarding orders and stock queries
- Producing stock reports where necessary via email, telephone and e-chat.
- Confirmation and monitoring of orders from initial input, through to dispatch and invoice status.
- Liaising with couriers regarding claims for lost or damaged stock
- Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits.
- Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members.
- Creating proforma invoices
