Customer Service Administrator, Stretford, £23,000 doe

Responsibilities

  • Processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers,via email, phone and online portals etc.
  • Responding and communicating with customers regarding orders and stock queries
  • Producing stock reports where necessary via email, telephone and e-chat.
  • Confirmation and monitoring of orders from initial input, through to dispatch and invoice status.
  • Liaising with couriers regarding claims for lost or damaged stock
  • Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits.
  • Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members.
  • Creating proforma invoices
