Customer Support and Operations Coordinator
Salary: £24k - £28k

Go Digital Group are looking for a motivated Customer Support and Operations Coordinator to ensure the efficient running of our daily business activities. In this role, youll oversee customer interactions, manage orders, and help strengthen the success of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) services.

Working closely with the Merchant Manager and the wider team, you'll have a direct impact on the growth and operational success of the company. Initially, this is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to adjust your working hours to suit team requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Feedback: Engage with both individual customers and corporate clients, collecting testimonials and feedback to enhance our brands reputation.
- Order Processing: Oversee the entire order process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for corporate and D2C customers.
- Delivery Coordination: Manage delivery schedules, working with couriers and merchants to resolve any issues and keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Customer Service (D2C Focus): Deliver excellent customer support via email, phone, and live chat, quickly addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Merchant Manager and internal teams to ensure operational alignment and provide a top-tier customer experience.
- Operational Assistance: Support additional projects as needed, helping to improve overall business efficiency and performance.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Background in customer service, operations, or order management.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- A positive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with order management and customer service platforms is a bonus.
