About You:
Were looking for a proven, battled hardened software engineering manager with recent experience in SaaS businesses. Youll bring:
- Extensive experience leading software engineering teams in a SaaS product environment.
- A deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS preferred) and software delivery lifecycles.
- Hands-on expertise with .Net Core, modern JavaScript libraries, and supporting tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
- Proven ability to scale software platforms while maintaining performance, security, and reliability.
- A track record of successfully managing technology transformations and implementing agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams while delivering against business objectives.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams (onshore/offshore) and 3rd-party partners.
