I am working with a leading research provider. They have four offices across the globe and have undergone a digital transformation. They are looking for a skilled individual to be at the forefront and lead the development team. The company has over 1,000 clients, and that number is growing rapidly, working with some of the biggest clients in various industries. With the latest tech, they are looking for a passionate, experienced and ambitious Lead Drupal Developer to come and take the team to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop using Drupal
  • Managing developer team
  • Lead recruitment, mentoring and performance management
  • Schedule and manage the work within the team

Skills & experience

Essential

  • Experience in leading a software development team
  • In-depth knowledge of operational and application security
  • In-depth understanding of the HTTP protocol
  • Experience working with Drupal
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Desirable

  • Experience working with AWS / Azure, Power BI, and Salesforce / Marketing Cloud
