Your Role

  • Design and implement Oracle Cloud solutions, including Oracle data migration projects.
  • Focus on developing and integrating the following components with Oracle Cloud applications, both internally within Oracle Cloud and externally with other cloud providers, as well as on-premises systems:
    • Cloud-based integrations (primarily using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC))
    • User interfaces (leveraging Oracle JET, Visual Builder Cloud Service, APEX, or other popular JavaScript frameworks)
    • Data migration tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator (ODI))
  • Advocate for the value and benefits of the PaaS portfolio related to your area of expertise.
  • Occasionally work with modern open-source or third-party solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional Subject Matter Experts to deliver solutions that meet complex client requirements.
  • Stay informed about new Oracle technologies and trends, incorporating them into solution frameworks when applicable.
  • Design and implement efficient, scalable integration solutions, as well as data mapping and transformations.
  • Support key testing cycles and engage with senior stakeholders on planning, strategy, and defect resolution.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing cloud-based integrations, with a strong emphasis on integration and data migration within Oracle Cloud, across cloud vendors, and with third-party or on-premises applications.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud and Oracle eBusiness Suite across one or more areas (e.g., Finance, Projects, HCM, Payroll), with a solid understanding of data models and structures.
  • Preferable experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Ability to analyse complex data-related issues and provide clear solutions using integration, ETL tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong experience with source code repositories, particularly Git, and an understanding of Git strategies.
  • Background in Oracle eBusiness Suite and recent cloud experience (e.g., SQL/PLSQL/Java/OAF/BI/Forms/Reports) are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite and/or SOA.
  • Proven understanding of Oracle functional modules, such as HCM and finance, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end project delivery and related implementation methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • A passion for and genuine interest in new Oracle Cloud-based technologies and products.
