This advancedSoftware solutions provider is seeking a driven and self-motivated Solution Engineer to join their dynamic technical team. Based in Manchester with a hybrid working model, the key focus of this role is to implement and configure tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
The Solution Engineer will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and objectives
- Implementing and configuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Participating in technical discussions and workshops with clients, staying informed on industry trends
- Providing technical support during the pre-sales process, identifying potential risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies
- Working alongside the development team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
- Maintaining and developing integrations between the companys platform and customer systems, primarily using C# and .Net
- Collaborating with customer success and support teams to resolve post-implementation issues and optimize the customer journey
- Strong expertise in cloud computing, APIs, integration patterns, and microservices architecture
- Solid experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools
- Experience in implementing software solutions
- Knowledge of supporting and maintaining bespoke applications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and solve complex technical problems effectively
