Position Summary:
* To undertake newbuild and repair activities on vehicles of all types to the highest standard within the scheduled times.
* To retrofit to the highest standards supplementary equipment.
* To care for customers' vehicles and property and seek to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
* To carry out all work in a safe, environmentally friendly, and economical way.
* To build a bank of knowledge and skills to ensure you build to the latest recommended operating procedures
* To share skills and knowledge to develop others within the business.
* To enhance the reputation of Alloy Bodies Limited. at every opportunity when interacting with others internally or externally.
* To uphold the company's Core Values at all times.
Candidates will have:
* Experience in the building and repair of vehicle bodies or coachwork
* Receive training and maintain best practice in manual handling methods.
* Organised and methodical approach to building a vehicle body or carrying out a repair.
* A care for and attention to, detail.
* Undertake training offered by the business to you.
* Excellent at prioritising.
* Numeracy and literacy to a level adequate to deal with documentation.
* To understand vehicle make-up.
