In this key appointment your focus will lie with devising and implementing effective strategy around broker management and distribution. You will liaise with key partners at both head office and local level, ensuring that results are delivered in line with defined targets. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the business, providing consistency to brokers in terms of messages around strategy, products and plans. In addition to internal and external engagement, providing accurate, quality MI is essential, and thus ongoing monitoring and reviewing of objectives and performance is a key responsibility of the role.
Applicants must come from a commercial insurance background and should be able to demonstrate previous exposure to strategic broker management. Experience in stakeholder management, strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate and build effective relationships at local and national level are essential.
