- 5+ years of account management/client services experience
- A broad marketing understanding (Organic SEO & Content, PPC, Social Media, PR)
- A leader; can formulate strategy, and understand/translate key priorities
- An exceptional communicator and able to work as part of a wider team
- A can-do attitude and an ability to problem-solve
