Job Summary: The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing commercial opportunities through the sale of Executive Suite/Boxes, and long-tenure contracts. This role involves managing sponsorships, partnerships, and hospitality services, as well as overseeing the sales and marketing strategies to enhance the stadium's profitability and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through sponsorships, partnerships, and hospitality services.
- Sales Management: Lead the sales team to achieve targets for ticket sales, corporate boxes, and event bookings.
- Partnership Development: Identify and secure new commercial partners and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Marketing Strategy: Oversee marketing campaigns to promote events and services, ensuring alignment with the stadium's brand.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure commercial aspects of events are executed smoothly.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on commercial performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a commercial management role, within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
