Job role: Your role will be to win new business and build long term partnerships with growth companies across the region. You will be exclusively working with clients, (not candidates) and have direct support from a team of talent acquisition specialist that will support you to source candidates for your clients. Your role will be a mixture of phone, virtual meetings, face to face meetings and networking.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years in a previous client facing role
- Recruitment / Talent Industry experience highly beneficial
- Other service selling industries considered
- B2B experience essential
- Telephone experience essential
- Strong track record of acquiring new business clients
- A deep understanding of the sales process
