Strategic Partnerships Manager – B2B

As the Strategic Partnerships Manager – B2B, you will lead the B2B partnership strategy by identifying customer needs, developing strategic partnerships, and driving go-to-market initiatives. This role will focus on identifying and managing commercial partnerships to expand the B2B ecosystem and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies in collaboration with the commercial B2B lead to enhance API integrations in the B2B ecosystem.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities with issuers, schemes, financial institutions, payment processors, and technology providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partnership requirements, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the integration of partner solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Utilize expertise in cross-border payments, ACH, virtual card payments, and online payments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify partnership opportunities and threats.
  • Communicate partnership vision, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Drive partnership success through effective go-to-market strategies and support customer engagement.
Requirements

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and SCM (Supply Chain Management) partnerships within the B2B payments industry.
  • A deep understanding of the B2B payments ecosystem, including payment networks, platforms, technologies, and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with partnership management methodologies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
