Client Services ExecutiveManchester City CentreLeading Law firmMy client is a leading law firm in Manchester City Centre and are a top law firm to work for. They are looking for a Client Services Executive to join the Client Services team in the Manchester office, based in Spinningfields. The successful candidate must have experience of telephone-based customer service.The Client Services team act as a liaison between new clients and departments, and provide all correct information to the relevant legal department. The role is to make sure potential and existing clients receive the best possible customer service helping to generate repeat custom and client recommendations.The successful candidate must have excellent customer services skills and must have experience providing telephone based customer service with a sales minded attitude. The role will involve the need to maintain positive relationships with both internal and external parties and manage deadlines, sensitive data and strong inter-personal skillsThe role is 35 hours a week (8 hours a day including one hour for lunch) and is on a rota basis covering the hours of 8am to 7pm.
