Job description:
We are hiring Commercial Support Associates to join our credit team based in Manchester City Centre until March 31st 2025. This will suit someone who has strong data inputting and administration experience and is confident in using Excel.
You must be able to attend a one stage interview in our offices on Monday 18th or Tuesday 19th November 2024 (time slots between 8am – 1pm or 2pm – 4pm). It will last between 30 - 45mins. The role will start asap!
The Role
Your day-to-day activities will include processing commercial claims, invalidating claims when necessary, and managing associated queries.
This role requires an individual who is organised and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you will be responsible for collaborating with other teams and across the wider business to achieve targets.
The Key Requirements...
- Confident liaising with external and internal customers via the phone and email.
- Processing high volumes of claims.
- Checking claims against agreements.
- Confident to learn new systems - SAP/TPM/Fiori and potential of others
- Have Excel knowledge
