The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Energy Sales Consultant to work for an established, growing business in the Manchester area.

Energy Sales Consultant salary: 22,776 - 25,000 a year

Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 9-5
  • Friday 9-4

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to an existing database of over 200,000 potential charity customers, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections & pitching USP's in order to encourage the customer to engage with us
  • Managing your own workload & build a pipeline via KPI's (Key performance indicators)


Skills / Qualifications:

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently, self-sufficiently & be able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written skills of negotiation
  • Resilient, ambitions & target driven
  • Previous experience in either energy or B2B sales is preferred but not essential
