Cactus Search is recruiting for field-based positions with a leading insurance brand, requiring a background in sales and a strong focus on customer service.
The role involves hotel stays Monday to Friday for half the year, while the other half allows for work from home with meetings scheduled within an hour of your residence.
Candidates should have sales experience, a confident demeanor, a driving license, and be willing to stay away from home during the workweek, returning home on weekends.
The position offers a base salary of £35,000 after 12 to 14 months, with significant bonus potential and additional benefits such as a company car and daily food expenses.
No FCA experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided, making it suitable for those eager to grow in the insurance sector.

Cactus Search are currently recruiting a number of Field based positions for a leading insurance's brand, this role will require an element of sales in your background but the role is very customer service driven with you visiting pre-booked meetings on site at a variety of different types of companies across the UK.This role will entail being hotel based Monday to Friday positioned throughout the UK for 50% of the year, with half of the year WFM and meeting's set with an hour of your home.This role is non advised FCA so no pushy sales and all warm meeting's, in which you are also buddied up with another advisor.Ideal Background

Confident character with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
Driving licence
Happy to stay away from home Monday to Friday in a hotel for weeks at a time (You will always be home for weekends)
FCA experience desirable but full training is provided
