The goal of your role:

As a Field Sales Representative at Uniquely, you'll play a key role in their expansion across the UK. Working within a supportive team, you'll be responsible for driving sales of market-leading tv and broadband products in your assigned territory (West Midlands, Northwest England, or Scotland). You'll build a strong customer base, develop top sales skills, and contribute directly to the company's success. This role offers a clear path for fast career growth, with opportunities to progress quickly into leadership positions. Your key responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential customers through door-to-door sales.
  • Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present solutions.
  • Explain product features and benefits, and answer customer questions.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and meet targets.
  • Use your initiative to overcome challenges and close deals.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Participate in training programs to improve your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Represent the Uniquely way.

What you'll need:

  • Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
  • Right to work in the UK by the commencement of employment.
  • Located in the West Midlands, Northwest England, or Scotland.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a good work ethic.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed targets.

While previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial, we also encourage applications from individuals with transferable skills and a strong desire to succeed.
