CCP are partnering with our client as they look to recruit 4-5 Sales Advisors for their new office based in city centre of Manchester. Are you... + Motivated and driven to deliver outstanding customer service?+ Articulate, clear and concise with a professional telephone manner?+ Hungry to achieve success if huge opportunities are presented to you? If you have answered yes to all three questions, please read on… About The Role These roles form part of a new outbound operation that our client is currently setting up, to bolt on to the existing inbound operation that the business has successfully run for a number of years. We’re looking to recruit 4-5 new Sales Advisors (outbound) for our client to deliver a pro-active outbound stragegy for the business. Our client is open to candidates from all career backgrounds, so long as they meet the criteria of being a clear and articulate communicator, and are a self-motivated, hard worker. Candidates who have previously worked within a telephone-based sales or customer service environment would be ideal, but this experience is not essential. Candidates will be making outbound calls via a dialler system, where data is provided to you. All calls you make will be warm, targeting a very specific market and clientele, offering them a free-of-charge, value-add service that could be extremely beneficial to them. You will targeted with converting a minimum of 5 leads per week, earning weekly commission once you have achieved 3 lead conversions. If you succeed in converting 5 leads per week (strong candidates will achieve significantly more), you will earn £500 in weekly commission, earning an additional £100 for every extra lead converted. Commission is uncapped so earning potential is huge. The OTE will therefore be £500 + per week in commission, in addition to basic salary. Logistics The role will operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility requested for occasional weekend or extended hours. The role will be permanently office-based at our client’s new Manchester city centre offices. Salary  This role has a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 to £55,000). Our client is also offering a £1,000 basic salary increase each month when you achieve your OTE, so top performers will see regular monthly salary increases, with the cap set at a basic salary of £40,000. Interview Process  All candidates will have to attend a 30-minute in-person interview at our client’s office in Manchester on Friday 27th September. Multiple time slots will be available for you to select, starting at 9am until 5pm in the afternoon.
