Role Summary:

The company you will be working for have a growing portfolio of developments in the North West. They have strong relationships with some extremely high-profile developers, and exclusive access to a portfolio of high end off plan properties.Working within their highly successful sales team, you will be responsible for selling properties both off plan and on site and will manage the sales process from start to finish. You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors in the UK and abroad, therefore will need to adapt your pitch tailoring it to each individual client's needs.Due to consistent growth and expansion plans for the future, they are looking for an exceptional sales-person who is a confident negotiator and can build relationships with new and existing investment clients.

Key Requirements:

  • This is a fast paced, target driven role and we are looking for high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive investment sales market.
  • Previous experience in an advisory or consultative sales position
  • High standards of customer service and integrity
  • Proven experience working to targets and KPIs
  • Team player with the ability to drive and motivate yourself and others
