We are looking for an Sales Support Administrator to manage Key Account retail customers as well as independent retailer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery. As our Sales Support Administrator, you will have a minimum of 2 years sales order management experience and be looking for a role that is offering a competitive salary, an exceptional benefits package and career progression.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Working closely with the warehouse and merchandise team, you will be responsible for Key Retail Accounts based in the UK , managing order management process from initial enquiry through to delivery. Liaising with factories in China, updating the customer , merchandisers and sales agents on order status and delivery dates as well as new product launches etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Process warehouse sales orders
  • Using SAP to check for stock availability, updating export delivery note and invoice processing
  • Sales support administration for sales team
  • Liaising with overseas factories in China and managing shipments from China to customers
  • Creating new product forms, updating images and product details onto portal
  • Stock management for forecasted orders
  • Liaise with freight agents regarding delivery dates
  • Obtaining quotations from couriers, overnight transport and freight forwarders for Air/Sea/Road shipments and arranging bookings
  • Offering exceptional customer service, resolving any issues and handling any queries

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • 2 years experience managing commercial sales orders
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with key account customers
  • A Team player who wants to share their knowledge and best practices for the benefit of the team
  • Exceptional administration skills, working to minimise delays for order deliveries
  • SAP experience ideal but full training on this system if required
