The successful Senior Architectural Technician will be a proven job runner with extensive experience working across a range of medium to large scale projects and have experience managing a small team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Degree or HND/HNC in architectural technology or related subject
• CIAT registered
• Substantial post qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Must have experience with medium to large projects ideally in the industrial sector
• Thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Manage a small team and assist with training
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong technical abilities
• Produce high quality detailed drawings and packages
• Comfortable liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities
• Job running experience
• Live locally to Manchester
