I am looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a creative and forward-thinking team in Manchester. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing technical delivery, preparing detailed working drawings and ensuring projects meet the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with the design team, clients and contractors, offering expert technical advice throughout all project stages.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

  • HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a similar qualification
  • CIAT membership or actively working towards accreditation
  • Strong proficiency in Revit is essential for the role
  • Experience in faade remediation is advantageous
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Thorough understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Confident in managing projects through all RIBA stages
  • Proactive in keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs and deliver outstanding design solutions
