About the Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work for a commercial real estate service and investment firm in Liverpool.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take a leading role in the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects, guiding them from the initial conceptual stages through to completion and handover. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality design, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Carrying out building surveys, condition evaluations, and feasibility studies for a wide range of property types.
  • Drafting and negotiating schedules of dilapidations and strategies for lease exits.
  • Preparing and issuing client reports within agreed timescales

Role Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • Have a Membership of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) (3-5 years approx.)
  • The candidate must be capable of providing comprehensive property services to clients.
  • The ideal candidates will possess prior experience working in a Surveying practice and demonstrate a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
