Join a dynamic team as a Trading Manager, where you'll lead strategies to optimise revenue, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth across key digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balance conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and cross-sell strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Create innovative attachment rate strategies to boost revenue while safeguarding core product sales.
  • Plan and execute the multichannel trading calendar, including discounting, merchandising, and campaigns, while leading stakeholders to success.
  • Analyse customer behaviours and market conditions to develop tailored products and bundles.
  • Lead weekly trading meetings, identifying challenges and opportunities, and implementing action plans to ensure P&L delivery.
  • Collaborate with paid media and SEO teams to execute effective channel strategies, focusing on high-priority markets.
  • Deliver in-depth performance analysis across total, airport, and supplier levels, implementing corrective actions to optimise profitability.
  • Develop and execute optimal e-commerce strategies, driving year-on-year growth in conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), revenue, and profitability.
  • Manage and develop one or more E-commerce Executives, ensuring their growth and alignment with business objectives.
